UNRESPONSIVE. I left a message with a vey CURT receptionist to please have someone call me about work we needed to secure and an estimate. In essence, give this company our business as they are "local." After SEVERAL days, we received NO answer. We called and cancelled our "phone consultation" and hired another company. Receptionist said they are "busy." Who isn't? Caveat Emptor.
