RecommendedWe just went in to the ER for my six-year-old son, who had decided to ride his bike through a bush/small tree. The result of that was a twig in the middle part of his arm basically the same spot where you get your blood drawn. Anyways. The nurses were so sweet, fun and just very friendly. The doctor was amazing. She charmed him, encouraged him and me 🤷🏻♀️. The Dr kept at the unseemingly deep “splinter” from hell and extracted a large piece of wood from his arm. She praised him, and me 🤦🏻♀️😆.
RecommendedStaff is professional but not distant. We probably laughed too much but sometimes laughter and smiles are just as valuable as medication. Thank you.
RecommendedSo grateful for all of wmmc labor and delivery staff! We came into be induced and ended up just staying the night to be monitored and needed an induction after all due to divets in her heart rate and blood pressure. Nurse Amy and midwife Jillian were there with me through the entire induction process. They did everything they could to help me and monitor my baby to make sure she was okay! After a very long process we need to have an emergency c section due to her heart rate dropping and it was very scary. Not something I had... read more

patient accounts consistently drops the ball
My 18 year old daughter went to the ER lastnight after she fell and hit her head on a piece of concrete causing her to lose conciousness. She was having pain in her stomach, shes 5 months pregnant, pain in her head and her foot was swollen and hurting. Dr Kessler was horrible to her. He didnt even do a medical background check on her. After fainting in the ER Room he yelled at her to "hold her head up" repeatedly. He told her there was nothing wrong with her. RecommendedI usually don't have a problem with the care but I walked in today for my daughters appointment and the receptionist was down right rude... everyone else was very nice though... but she ruined my morning with her sour attitude...
