I effectively had the same experience as the gentlemen below. I provided an in-depth case information, TPIA request guidelines, personnel involved, specific offenses, etc. The Kardell's are highly disorganized and out of sync, will bait you in then bail last second if it's not an easy win. They are near impossible to work with due to their inability to use technology effectively.
