Scratched my brand new Acura I have taken my cars there every week for years. On my last visit an attendant used a "soft" brush on the hood of my car. Upon leaving the car wash I checked the hood and sure enough there were scratches there. When I pointed them out to the manager he insisted the brush couldn't have caused the scratches and that I must have done it cleaning off the snow in the winter. Well it was a brand new car, no way that could have happened.
Usually small lines Good Clean facility. You don't get that stale water smell that you get at some places. It is slightly more expensive than some others in the area but for me the convenience and quality are worth it.
