Working with David Simpson was an absolute pleasure. He is a true professional who demonstrates excellent communication, and a commitment to making the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional person to work with. I look forward to working with him again!
I wrote a review but forgot to put my agent's names: Adam Sussely-House & Michelle Sussely-House. Adam and Michelle were also AMAZING every step of the way!!! The home I sold was in Lemon Gove, CA. As a first-time home buyer, we were incredibly nervous about the process, but Jess Kennedy made it seamless. She took the time to explain escrow and contract details without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Jess was very patient, straightforward, and found us a perfect home in a kid-friendly neighborhood! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Jess!
My agent is Hadiza Zakari-Costner. She helped us buy a property in San Marcos. The transaction went very, very smoothly. She was prompt in her actions to push paperwork through very quickly, responded to email/text messages/phone calls very promptly -- even at night when she should rest. She is courteous, charming, and polite -- a true professional. When we closed Escrow, she offered a free truck for us to move. She even brought us flowers when delivering home keys to us. After we closed Escrow for 8 days, her team Jilliane... read more
