RecommendedLong term resident. Perfect location - just off M-59; I can get anywhere! Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Maintenance staff is excellent - prompt, efficient, know what they are doing, friendly and eager to make things right. It is very easy to live here.
I’ve lived her for almost 11 years and it is the most quiet, beautiful, safest place I have ever lived. There’s a multitude of amenities and the staff is excellent. I enjoy living in an apartment where I can plant flowers in my front yard every year-both annuals and perennials.

Lived here for a couple years before moving out recently. Great staff and maintenance people. Lived in quite a few different apartment locations over the years, but this was easily the best.
Absolutely awful. Sandra (the manager) is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. On several occasions she has stated that our conversations "were exhausting", that she "has better things to do." In one specific occasion she attempted to physically remove me from her office ; all in front of her new maintenance personnel.
