Best trailer park or rented home community I've ever lived in, and if ever any repairs or help needed the manager and repairman Damon is always there right away. Super clean and very friendly neighbors!
We live in the small section called Lil Sands. Been here for almost a year. It is mostly a quiet little park. The management has some functions and does things for the people in the community.
