The living space was very nice, besides an active mold problem that goes back multiple years, and ceilings constantly collapsing from water damage, then there's some pretty bad structural and landscaping problems from lack of proper maintenance. The lack of maintenance goes for the laundry room too, go off property to wash your clothes. They need to be reminded about work-orders as their organization seems to non-existent. I lived here for 3 years. Moving in was very easy. The staff was more than willing to make adjustments for my roommate and I. She has a nicotine allergy and they took out all the carpet at our request and replaced with beautiful wide plank wood laminate flooring for a minimal rent increase. We both had garage spots with storage, which is more than ample. Maintenance was always ready to fix anything that wasn't working quite right.
