It a pretty good place for you
The living space was very nice, besides an active mold problem that goes back multiple years, and ceilings constantly collapsing from water damage, then there's some pretty bad structural and landscaping problems from lack of proper maintenance. The lack of maintenance goes for the laundry room too, go off property to wash your clothes. They need to be reminded about work-orders as their organization seems to non-existent.
