*This is an update* We have a new property manager who i believe is doing a phenomenal job and fixing what her predecessor jacked up. In the few months that she has worked here, more of my maintenance issues have been handled than the entire year that Tisha was in charge. This property is VERY poorly ran. When there was a leasing manager, she was pure TRASH. She constantly gave the run around about EVERYTHING! I've been here for a year and my dishwasher has not worked, and there is a hole in my window in my bedroom. I told them about mold in my room and they came weeks later. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, it goes unnoticed. The maintenance man is also TRASH. All he does is ride on his golf cart..maybe pick up trash. This property is pure TRASH. Their new property manager Tisha decided it would be nice to charge me a bogus $44 fee for keys and instead of making me aware that I had an outstanding balance, she never tried to reach out and it went into collections. When I called to confront her, all she could say was “sorry” 🤬 They should be forced to shut that dump of a place down and give people their hard earned money back.
