We are relocating my father to Whispering Oaks because it is an incredible property and a comparative good value. He had a stroke and desired a smaller, simpler lifestyle. The facility and apartments have a clean and updated aesthetic that appealed to all of us right away. The ample windows, cheerful common spaces, patio/green space, workout room, and shuttle service are all fantastic. As Guardian of my mother I am appalled at the management disregard for any requests made. The women who organizes events is rude and has a split personality Looking for another place Care takers we hired from their list put my mothers vitamins and pills in their pockets dirty hands for hours before givng it to her. Disgusting Missing things from her room. Cannot determine who is doing it
I just don't feel safe . Love house cleaning great people. Love the food not always. Jay the chef is really a nice person cooks what people ask for. Severs really good.
