I have been in several furnished apartments over the years and now my own for 5 years. The grounds are well kept and inside maintained regularly. Any repair issues were taken care of promptly. Dana and office people all friendly and efficient. No problems recommending Whispering Meadows Apartments.
This is the first apartment I’ve had in Bakersfield California and I’d recommend it to anyone that moves here. The staff are extremely helpful and they’re always happy to talk to the tenants!!! The sunsets always look nice and the area is always clean. The complex is always quiet and I haven’t had any complaints whatsoever. I have lived here for nearly two years and would be staying longer if I wasn’t relocating to socal. God bless!!!!
I inquired about the complex and was told I'd need a 700 credit score and a perfect rental history. This is in Oildale, not Beverly Hills. There's duplexes nearby that are a better option
