My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a great time. In the end we had to move to get closer to our workplaces and it was a very hard decision since we loved our place and had such a great experience. Maria made sure we were always well taken care of and always went the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Beautiful apartment complex. It is well maintained and a quiet and nice convenient place to live. There aren’t a lot of children, if that is your preference. Easy access to wherever you need to go.

DON’T move here. What was once a great place has become a major disappointment. Management ignores legitimate noise and smoking complaints despite quiet hours and a no-smoking policy being in the lease. When you raise concerns, you’re essentially told to find another unit or move out. They’re pleasant enough people, and rent isn’t the worst $ in the world, but that masks a complete lack of accountability. 10/10 complex! Maria is the cherry on top. In a world where everything makes life harder, Maria’s kindness & eagerness to help made my decision to live here easy. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is huge, & the up keep of all the flowers & greenery really made this place stand out so much more than the neighboring complexes.
