If you are looking for a nice place to stay Whispering Lake Apt. is not the place. They over chage for rent and these apartments is getto so is the office staff. My car been broken into 2 time things stolen of the patio, they dont repair anything. My ceiling leaking water right now, they came out look at it and left right out like they didnt see anything. No heat get to the third floor no air in the summer, electric problem, water leaking out the socket. I can go on and on

Does anyone have the number to Whispering Lake Mangement Company? I am in serious need to getto the CEO of these apartments because they are very ghetto I have lived here 1 month. When I moved here I wrote a list of everything that was wrong my downstairs get really cold to where myself and my family can not even stay down there. I can say that things have not changed since the last review. These apartments are not what you think and they are not in the shape they appear to be. Everything is hidden and the staff with exception to one person in the office does not care one bit about your well being. They flooded back in September and have yet to repair any of the damaged caused. There is mold and mildew everywhere and they dont care. These apts. are centrally located between my job and my school. Thats the main factor that enticed us to move in.However, now we see its not as good as it looked. For one thing, my boyfriends car has been broken into 3 times since February. We have to wait weeks even somtimes months for repairs to even be looked at. And the staff dont seem to be concerned about anything besides their rent money. So if you dont mind that, then these are great apartments.
