Chelsea was the best landlord I’ve ever known so far. She treats you like a friend rather than a tenant. Shes helpful, understanding and kind but she will put her foot down if she needs to. I’m not there anymore but she’s genuinely a good person

Chelsea is one of the best managers I've ever had at an apartment. She's friendly and attentive to anything we need. She's always quick to respond to maintenance requests and seem s to really care about the tenants. It's been wonderful here
I see Nona Lawson on this list she was my fiance she passed away in 2017! All comments need to be updated! Chelsea the new manager is a lot better than the last three!
