RecommendedWe lived at Whispering Hills for two year. Great place! Maintenance was always helpful and the leasing office ladies were always super nice. They were very helpful when we bought a house and needed to transfer our lease to new tenants. It’s a great price for the area! Extremely safe and amazing location. I would recommend the place to anyone!
I love where I live at Whispering Hills ❤️
The property is very poorly maintained. The balconies have rotting wood and the grassy area has trash and metal debris. The side walks hold water and water when it rains. The grounds are not shoveled when it snows. I fell outside last winter a couple times while pregnant due to the build up of snow and ice. There was no treatment on the sidewalk with a warning of a storm. I would not recommend these apartments.
Very nice place to live. I’ve been there for 7 years. Office is very helpful and maintenance is very quick. Rent is high tho. Mine has gone up $125 in 2 years
I really enjoy living here, and have made alot of friends ... But my biggest complaint is they are not fair on there rent increases each year... The one bedroom apartments should be the same as your neighbors who recently had a very low $6 and $9 increase and I had a $36 increase... Explain that!!
My 4 and counting years at Whispering Hills has been a great experience. The facilities checked almost every box I was looking for: centrally located, pet-friendly, lots of green spaces, quality clubhouse facilities, quiet... someplace I felt very comfortable sharing with my 6 year-old daughter. What hadn't been on my list was personable staff, prompt maintenance, friendly smiles, or a fresh remodel.
