Betsy Russo is an extraordinary audiologist! Because of confusion about my appt I arrived this afternoon when they were not seeing patients. Despite that, she listened to my problem ( one hearing aid did not work at all). She tried to get it working, but when that didn't work and the aid would have to be sent back to the manufacturer, she got me another aid and set it up for me. Now I don't have to miss out on important church meetings and family conversation due to not having both hearing aids! She is the best and I hope Wh... read more
