Top notch property with top notch customer service! Very happy with all facets of renting !
They don’t seem to want to rent any of their apartments or answer any questions. You are basically an inconvenience to them. I called just to ask for information and availability, and the woman without giving me a chance to say what I was looking for, immediately was like “I don’t think we have anything, call in the future” while also saying that a co-worker of hers could maybe check and see. Whisper creek has been the best experience I've had from apartments in Morgantown/Cheat Lake by far. I'm relocating for grad school & would do anything to take them with me!! Truly some of the nicest office management I have ever experienced. I could not recommend living here more. The area is secluded and quiet along with many awesome amenities. Absolutely no complaints I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!! & special thanks to Julia for all the help! Thank you for a wonderful place to live!
