Loved it. First time there for us and was on a busy Friday night. We were with a large group. Service was great food even better. Rib's are right up there with Montgomery inn if not better!! We will be back
Never a bad meal, and wonderful historic environment. It’s the only game in town for sure ... and worth it. On our most recent visit Colleen was our waitress- she was superb! Friendly, attentive and we shared stories about our mutual love of wildlife. Great evening!
Food was good, but entree came out too soon after onion soup.

Poor service with hostess upon arrival. As mention in other review they didn’t acknowledge us, this time for they were busy playing on their phone. Took over 1 hr 15 mins to receive dinner and heard other staff complaining as to why we were still there so close to closing time! Ah you were the ones that took so long to serve our meal!
I will not go back. We had a reservation. Took 20 min just to get water and 1hr to get any food. Food was burned. Don't recommend at all!
I've been eating here for 4 years now and have had nothing but a great 5 star experience. The filet medallions, salmon, gourmet meatloaf scallops, french onion soup are superb and for dessert, oh my the chocolate covered cheesecake! Service is good and staff are very friendly. Showed up at a busy time during the holidays and they were very accommodating. The historic building goes back to the late 1800's so that adds value to the total experience there.
