If you are disabled and using a service animal, be prepared to bring ALL your paperwork for said animal BEFORE attempting to gain entry. Also expect to have to get “permission” from facilities management before they let you in. This was how we spent our NYE 2020, initially being denied entry, informing WR that under the ADA that I’m not required by any law that says I have to tell them the service my animal performs. Dale Earnhardt should be ashamed.
RecommendedI am huge on customer service and our server autumn rocked it. She was friendly and very attentive. Wish more places had servers like her!
