Waitress and manager were rude. Touch tunes ate my money twice. Fries were somewhat cold. Would not visit again.
A family member recommended this place for when we visited Charlotte. It was GREAT!! The food was awesome and the wait staff was very nice. Highly recommend this place!!
Walked in early afternoon on 4/29 and the hostess seemed annoyed to have to get up to seat my boyfriend and I. Waitress took 10-15 minutes to wait on us and before doing so I overheard her say to another waitress, "Oh, well I guess I'll wait on them." It took 10 minutes for her to return with our beverages and another 15-20 minutes for our appetizer to come out. My boyfriend ordered the po'boy, which was overcooked. After a 3 hour flight they sat me at a low table in the corner by the grill. Was not helped once for 20 minutes so I decided to get up in leave. You would think even if it wasn't your table you would see someone sitting there for that long still with a menu in their hand something is wrong. Definitely not coming back to this place anytime soon l.
