RecommendedThe Wednesday rock roll Binjo event was surprisingly different and enjoyable. Along with the steak special “14.99 for a 8oz sirloin or 12oz ribeye with 2 sides cooked to perfection and delivered in a timely manner”. A nod of approval to chef DON for a perfectly cooked steak.
Service is terrible almost non existent. will never go back.
I was in for a charity event last week. It was very crowded and understaffed. I ordered the Styx, one chicken and one steak, they were over cooked and not tender or tasty at all. I didn't even eat most of it. It was very hot in the bar and the owner would not adjust the a/c. It was cooler outside, so we had propped the door open which allowed a nice breeze to come in, however, the owner came and shut the door on us. worse bar I have ever been in Tues night was so hot. no service which wasn't the waitress fault do sorry for the cook that was overwhelmed with orders with an asset hole owner taking pictures of himself and the crowd what band dies he play in never heard if him must not be too good if you buy a place just so you can play change name to whiskey sucks

Was in recently for a charity event. It’s a smaller venue which is fine. There was a big crowd. The wait staff did the best they could. But when your told that you’ll have a larger than normal crowd , you staff accordingly. It’s bar and grill 101. The cook was completely overwhelmed and did not look like he was getting any help at all from management. I ordered food that never came. The employee's and management are rude, service is very slow if at all. Summer it's too hot to enjoy sitting there. Very long wait for any food items.
Well I don't take too kindly to bad customer service as that is what I have been doing my entire life. The proper response to a bad review would be to ask what you can do to fix it. The wrong response is one where you alienate 100s of people that will spread the word to 1000s more by speaking so rudely to people who spent money in your establishment.
