food was good we had a large group they made one mistake and took care of it instantly waitress was awesome and showed us a great time thank you very much Tiffany.
Orders the large cut prime rib tonight, after 45 minutes it came out old and dry and my wife's chicken salad the chicken was boiled or baked. Sent those back and ordered the two item plate Brisket and jalapeño sausage and you would think the the kitchen would take extra care to make it right the second time around? Well no the sausage was literally so dry I couldn't eat it. The manager comes over and comps the meal. Really did you think I would pay for that garbage. He did nothing for us. Prime rib was over cooked with over 6 oz of fat. Brown avocados. Tables falling apart. The women's bathroom hadn't been touched in hours - the toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall. A manager coughed in his hand before serving food while the other manager stood out back smoking a cigarette with the kitchen. Asked to see a manager about our experience and one never even came over. Server was the only saving grace. Pathetic.
Terrible service. Takes 20 minutes to get drink orders in. People that come in after us got their food first. Unacceptable service.
Everytime I go to Whiskey Creek lately I have been given an excellent and friendly server named Jake! Besides being adorable, he sure has class, loyalty toward his customers, and is fast and kind! I recommend keeping his section packed(for better reviews).... oh keep a spot open though when my daughters and I come in though in his section lol! :)
First time here,and I am SUPER IMPRESSED. Best BBQ I've ever had!! Friendly service and refers to me by my first name. Definitely will be back!!!
Horrible service from the host to food and drinks.
Great Service and Great Food!! Always my favorite place to go when I'm in town! Also the waitress was nice! And the guy with arm sling is pretty cool!!!
