I took my dog Oliver her for the first time yesterday for overnight boarding. It was our first time here and you Again, when the front desk had the chance to make an already disappointed customer feel better they fell short. 2 of the girls leaned over and whispered to each other obviously talking about me while everyone fidgeted with their computers and then said there was no way a play assessment could happen on the weekend. Our boy Louie enjoys his daily day care. They take great care and love him very much as if he were family. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.
I take my chocolate lab to Whiskers regularly. They take great care of her when boarding for a couple nights in there clean and tidy facility. We also use them for her grooming, and lately, we have been requesting Brittanie to take care of her. Maya always comes back to us looking immaculatment and smelling fantastic! I wouldn't use any other groomer in GR!
Brittanie is your best asset! You are blessed to have her working for you.
Leo loves it at Whiskers!!! It gives him an opportunity to play with other dogs his size. I always know that he’s being taken care of.
Huck loved his stay at Whiskers this past week! He even whined and looked out the back window as we drove away. They staff was super friendly, and I know he was in good hands while we attended a wedding in Grand Rapids - I only wish they had one where we were from so he could go more often! :)
The staff seems nice, the facility is nice, but the cost of boarding is not competitive. It was fine before they started their check in and out times. Now you pay a minimum of 62.00 per night for limited hours. You can't drop off before 2pm and puck up is before noon? Taking my business elsewhere.
