When my wife (then fiance) told me she wanted an ice cream wedding cake, I called at least 10 different places. I should've called whisk from the very beginning! I spoke with Claudia, who admitted they'd never fulfilled such an order. She was willing to try it and.... HOLY CRAP, it was SO GOOD! She met with us prior and worked closely with us to create what our vision was. Whisk Bakery & Coffee is such a wonderful place. It's a true hidden gem in Lake County. Julie and Claudia were amazing. They made a fantastic mini cupcake Golf Course cake for me as well as 2 dozen mini red velvet cupcakes for our Jerry Swieton Memorial Golf Outing. This was a huge dessert hit with everyone who attended. I would highly recommend this bakery. Try one cupcake or fresh loose leaf tea and you will be hooked!
