I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT!! I totally agree with all the negative comments! We bought our refrigerator from Lowes in July. In less than 4 months the ice maker stopped working. I called customer service and after a 20 minute wait finally got scheduled for service. The repairman looked at it for less than 3 minutes and said we needed a new ice maker and that this was a common problem with Whirlpool appliances. I purchased a washing machine in August 20 24 from day one it squealed like a pig they kept sending out ARKANSAS Appliance care ARKANSAS Appliance care would show up and do absolutely nothing. I finally started making videos of the noise. It was so loud you could hear it throughout my entire house. This went on for a year.
