THIS IS NO STARS but it won't let you do that. Purchased a Whirlpool Extra Large Capacity washer on March 1, 2025. Today is Sept. 30th 2025 and the pump motor has gone out on it leaving a cycle partially drained. Called whirlpool since it is still under the manufacturers one year warranty and they can come 8 days later! 8 DAYS!!! NEVER will I ever own another product from them or their company brands. A total piece of garbage. We can't wait 8 days! We will lose our clothes by them as they will mold! Oh and the door is locked... read more
Don't normally leave reviews. Whirlpool dishwasher we bought has completely broke down several times in just a year and the warranty is garbage. Luckily we purchased not just the warranty but the extended warranty. This thing has been worked on so many times it's ridiculous. They must also pay their technicians a very low amount because they treat the clients like trash and we are always pushed to the very back of the line.
