I called them about my dryer not heating up. They told me that for 98$ they would send a technician out the $98 would cover a Diagnostics in labor I informed them that I did not need a diagnostic done on a dryer because I knew exactly what was wrong with it but regardless of what damn for me I still have to pay the $98 even if I did not allow them to fix it $98 was for Diagnostic and labor well of course when a technician get to my home they don't work for Whirlpool and instead of the $98 covering what they told me it would ... read more
