I am researching where to go to get extensions. Things come up with work and health, and if this "business" can't understand, then how long will they stay in business? I will stay far away from this salon and let my friends know their customer service doesn't exist.
I never got the experience of actually going to the salon due to their ridiculous appointment rescheduling fees. I bought a Groupon to try this salon for a set of eyelash extensions. When I called to reschedule my appointment due to not getting off work in time I was charged $125 for a cancellation fee. I was not about to dish out another $125 to get the extensions done.
