Had a great 1st appointment with Eva! She listened thoroughly, gave the best head massage and explained every step of the cut. She nailed everything I asked for, will be back!!
Showed a very clear inspiration photo of a butterfly cut — lots of volume, bold face-framing layers, and shape. What I got was a much softer, overly blended version that didn’t reflect what I asked for. My hair looks okay, but it’s not the style I came in for. Stylist after I showed that pic : ‘mhm so just layers?’ What hurts most is that I grew my hair out just to get this cut — and now I’m left with something basic and safe, the kind of haircut I could’ve gotten elsewhere for much less.
