As a resident going on 5 years now, Dee and Ed-Lena have been nothing short of fantastic. I’m currently transferring to a new unit within the complex because i needed more space, and couldn’t find it in myself to leave such an amazing complex. The process was super smooth, and they were both super accommodating with timeframes and constant communication so i never felt in the dark and always that they had my best interests at heart. WhiffleTree Apartments in HB was not a good experience for me. Their kindness feels completely conditional on whether you’re paying them. I had previously applied, and the representative, Veronica, was very communicative at first. But once I changed my mind, I was ghosted with no update at all about when I’d get my $200 deposit back. I directly asked when I could expect the deposit to be returned and got no reply. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back.
