Let's start with the good things. The cleaning lady is stellar. She does an incredible job! Our immediate neighbors were great which is of course coincidental. The landscaping is well maintained, you are close to the beach, pet friendly, and at least initially the rent is very competitive especially if you have an in unit washer and dryer. Wanted to give a shout out to Ed-Lena for all of her help from the tour, the application process, and move-in. Dee was very nice the few times I interacted with her but I’ve spent most of my time working with Ed-Lena. I work in property management and customer service goes a long way. I had a few maintenance items come up during the move-in and they were all addressed same day or early next day. The maintenance guys, Adam & Jason, have been so nice and courteous. Whiffle Tree Apartments is first class. The grounds are on point their pool area their common area with the gym. It’s a perfect place for me and my kids. Both of my kids went to Marina High across the street grade school.
Been here awhile and I'm gonna stay awhile no need to go it nice and comfortable
Management is great.maintenance is fast w work orders.property is always clean and maintained.I recommend to anyone!
