Fast and friendly!
I came in with UTI Symptoms, and my experience was great. Everyone took great care of me. Samantha Steele was my Dr- and her bedside manner along with her knowledge was refreshing. She clearly cared, asked me a lot of questions, and actually sent my urine sample off to be cultured- just in case the infection was resistant to the initially prescribed antibiotics and needed to change. Dr. Steele is amazing, informative, and listens to your concerns! Truly a breath of fresh air. She is wonderful!
They were great when my son broke his toe years ago. But last week I was having a severe allergic reaction and I was having trouble breathing (unaware at the time what was happening because I don’t have allergies to anything) and they turned me away saying that there internet was down. Then we had to drive 20 min to the hospital in cOUPEVILLE where I was almost unconscious with low oxygen by the time I got there. They should have gave me a epi pen instead of turning me away. Staff is always friendly. While the wait times can very depending on the influx of sick they try their best to accommodate you. They keep their establishment very clean and items of need like masks, kleenex ect well stocked I was seen by Pac Jeffrey Carols today. I was impressed by his thoroughness. I also liked that while he had some over the counter suggestions, he also gave me some natural remedy ideas like honey for easing cough.
