The nurse was very nice and seemed to care. But when the PA Carrol came in he didn't listen to how long my symptoms had been going on. Apparently didn't read my chart because he prescribed meds I'm allergic to. He seemed uninterested and doesn't know how to prescribe the proper meds. I don't use whidbey health very much. And this is the exact reason why. Please have a one on one with this doctor or a peer review. Simply unacceptable.
Went there with my 2 year old daughter to be seen at 6pm and we were told that we can't be seen because the are to many people waiting they hit capacity. told me if I can make it to coupeville I could be seen there. The gentleman told me that they were not at capacity and they would be able to see me. When I got there they were closed. They weren't even open so the guy just told me that just to get me out of the walk-in clinic.
They were very nice there and they took care of me very fast. They did it very professionally. I would definitely recommend going there!
Worst experience ever. Every time we made the mistake to come to this clinic we regret it. Also, dont waste your time, they are open until 7 but deny service if you get there after 5.
