Phlebotomists were very kind, quick, and entertaining
Unprofessional and rude staff. Had an unlucky week where I sprained my wrist and then several days on a separate occasion I scratched my eye. I went to the ER for both times. When the wrist was taken care of we had forgotten some paperwork so we went back to get it. My fiance and I were confused on where to stand and wait and this lady (nurse? Doctor? I went into the emergency room earlier today because I'm getting back cramps between my shoulder blades and cramps in my chest and I can't breath. I had fallen earlier and I explain that to the nurse. As she acted very inept and snotty sheqrote a bunch of stuff down and said she'd talk to the doctor. In the meantime I looked on the internet and the internet said with those symptoms I should seek immediate care from the emergency room or call 911. Honest to God these guys should relocate themselves to a 3rd world country so then MAYBE they would be considered good. And no, I will NOT be contacting you guys because you know exactly what you're doing, yet refuse to change. 1. I came in critical condition, being severely dehydrated and in need of water / salene IVs after constantly vomiting even the tiniest sips of water.
