What a cluster. Was referred by my primary doctor to Dr. Sarin @ WH Ortho Coupeville. Drove an hour roundtrip. Was told when I arrived that I should have obtained an xray before appointment, but I never received any request or requirement for an xray prior, so news to me. Nurse told me that for the issues I'm seeking care for, I'd need to see multiple ortho's - apparently there's no ortho @ WH that treats our entire body. Thankful for all the wonderful people at Whidbeyhealth Orthopaedics. From the front desk to the back clinic, Chelsie, Natasha, Dr. Myers are fantastic and took such great care with my husband's broken ankle. We weren't expecting to need so much help, didn't anticipate the injury needed as much recovery time but they were so helpful, caring, humorous, always a good attitude whenever we needed help with anything, from xrays, surgery, casting, therapy, to work related assistance. Fantastic staff and doctors, they were wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. They return calls promptly, fabulous with kids, very knowledgeable and professional. We are lucky to have them on island!
This place has been amazing. The staff is so kind and extremely helpful.
