I'm sad I even have to give this one star. Scheduled a move out clean with this company for a Saturday. I prepaid the fee and was all set to go. After loading my entire house contents on a truck, including all my own cleaning supplies on the Friday, I Facebook messaged the company to see what time I should be back in the am to let them in. I heard nothing back that day from them. Woke up on Saturday at 6 am to check my messages to see what time they had said they wanted to start to find I still had no reply from them.
