RecommendedMy husband and I just started a workout routine with Donnie. We are off to a great start thanks to Donnie. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and full of enthusiasm. He gives clear and concise instructions.
Just joined and in the last week tried most classes. This gym is very welcoming and the classes are great. Met the owner to set up a program just for me and it was very informative and fun. I’m looking forward to get toned and strong!

This is a great gym! It’s always clean, the staff and trainers (as well as the members) are friendly and helpful. I enjoy both the classes downstairs and the machines upstairs. It has a community feel and a positive vibe.

Very friendly environment, love how welcomed they make you feel. It is a small gym, but has 24 hour access which is very good for people who don’t have time during the day to work out. They are very knowledgeable about the different kinds of machines they have, and are also able to help with dietary needs too. They have classes all the time, and Donnie Whetstone is a great trainer, and really makes you motivated. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
