Been a tenant here for almost a year now, summer hits and all we get from maintenance is that "it's hot outside cant fix". Another thing is that they DO NOT speak English and my Spanish only goes so far so I clearly cannot communicate properly. My A.C. is at 78-87 degrees everyday and does not lower at night. Even if it does it only lowers about 1 degree per 3-4 hours once the sun goes down. Been living here since last June and i have no complaints but 6/30/25 is when I started to have serious issues. Maintenance for one doesnt speak a lick of english , so there is a language barrier there. We have been without AC for a month a 4 days now. Tomorrow will be month a 5 days. The property manager is getting upset with us because we keep trying to get ETA on when its going to be fixed. I have sent emails , phone calls and still havent heard back.
