Changing my 5 star review because the original mgmt I left it for is long gone. You may get a PM that cares for a moment to help with any issues in the place you pay MONEY for but don’t worry, they’ll be gone in a couple of months. I’ve been here 2 years and at least 4 PMs later this place is a joke. Roach infestations, loud neighbors you can hear through the walls, missed trash days by the valet trash, dog shit everywhere and the office does nothing about it. Ive been here 4 years and would not recommend this complex to anyone. The grounds are filthy, dog shit EVERYWHERE! Aggressive breeds are just allowed. Ive had a never ending battle with roaches. My mom has had her entire car stolen frim the parking lot and I just purchased a brand new car, yet to even make a payment, and beacsue I didnt yet get the tow sticker I was towed over night. They come in your home without notice for random inspections. Not to fix issues, but to find things to bill you on. More privacy in USMC bootcamp than living here. They took out my girlfriends washer without permission and left the exhaust open for animals to come in, even though they see it as they walk outside the unit every day. There is a weird random space under the kitchen cabinets covered in filth so if you have a pet, expect it to crawl under there and hide in the filth. 1 star to many aif you don’t walk in the office looking like a million bucks they will threaten to cancel you as your walking in the door I tried to do my application they threatening to cancel it the whole time They have multiple units Available But stated my desired unit was only available and on sell for a few hrs WHAT? A small 1 bedroom Staff is not friendly at all They will harass you with calls emails texts 24/7 Please avoid this headache Place not worth it
Section 8 housing is what I call this place! We lived here two years and in that time we had at least 5 property managers and 10 leasing agents! Maintenance is horrible. They ride around in golf carts all day doing nothing. None of them speak English and in a country where English is the primary language. Let’s just say communicating with them is impossible!
