my experience with this apartment community has involved repeated habitability and maintenance issues that management has failed to adequately resolve despite numerous reports. Since living in the apartment, we have experienced ongoing mold growth throughout the unit, which has continued despite multiple maintenance requests. Llevo 2 años viviendo en este lugar, y estoy muy contenta con el complejo de apartamentos y el personal. No entiendo porque tantas reseñas negativas, la actual gerente es muy atenta y siempre están al pendiente de cualquier problema que se les reporte, al momento viene y lo resuelven, te tratan muy bien. I currently live here what a horrible experience, first problem was ac wasnt working in summer they left me for days before given me a floor unit ac then had to be in living room area for 2wks cuz they wouldn't come fix it while having the unit it was knocking all the power out in apartment their electrical is not to code as I found so many lines ran into the same outlet try like 8 into one hazard , shower started chipping paint mold all under the paint not supposed to paint over mold or paint a tub period that took months t... read more

We've been Here vTwo Months ,Thes apartments are cute,and we fixed ours up nicely,yup,Had a Drain issue,and staff was on it immediately.we Thank them very Much.we Happy Here ,And look forward to a positive Relationship with staff And Neighbors .
