Do Not Move Here!!! There has been an ongoing mold issue in the unit. Management attempted a repair, but the problem returned shortly afterward. Situations like this require proper remediation, not temporary fixes. Communication with management about the issue has been frustrating, and the problem has not been resolved despite being reported. Mold and moisture problems should be handled quickly and thoroughly because they affect the safety and livability of a home. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving here.
The property is full of ducks with poop everywhere. It smells terrible and clearly isn’t being maintained. Very unsanitary and disappointing.
We’ve been dealing with a mold problem in our apartment since December. Management is fully aware, has seen photos, and even “cleaned” it once but the mold came back and keeps returning. This is clearly not being properly fixed. It’s affecting our health, and we have a toddler living here. On top of that, mold has ruined some of our belongings, including a car seat and clothing. Just moved into the community, but it has been exceptional so far. It’s quiet, clean, and accessible. The apartment was clean, appliances all worked, and the kitchen is a great size. We moved from out of state and Dayana made the transition effortless. Not only is she incredibly helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond to meet our move in accommodations! Yasheera finalized the process for us and welcomed us with a smile. Looking forward to staying here!
