I ordered a necklace on December 14th 2022, with the hope that I would receive it around Christmas but was not too worried about that. By late January, I sent my first email inquiring about its potential arrival, and she answered me, ensuring that it would only be a little while longer. I reached out again in late February and a couple more times since (it’s now May 2023) and I still have not received my 100$ necklace or at least a refund. I couldn't resist myself and bought 3 different earrings and they're absolutely stunning! The queen anne sleeper set is amazingly comfortable. Been wearing them daily for over a month now!
