Great friendly staff the meals are always fantastic!
This place has amazing brisket. Very nice place.
We had the full rack of ribs, it was ok. The bbq sauce tasted like pasta sauce. The collard greens were very plain and had no flavor. The mac&cheese was ok. Bears in Hartford, CT much better! !!
Great food....I had the pulled Pork Platter, with Mac n cheese and Collard greens, very tasty. bonus the owner...a True Gentlemen
Let me just tell you as an avid home chef and food conisoure ...Bennett the owner knows how to make his clients happy. His hospitality, personal and of course the amazing food is off the charts! Highly recommended and I'll be riding over an hour to come back as often as I can!
I've had barbecue all over America, including Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, St. Louis, Kansas City and Manhattan. And lots more, but those are the states and cities particularly known for barbecue. Many of those meals were memorable, and some quite excellent. But none exceeded the fare at When Pigs Fly South -- and damned few equaled it. Fantastic that we should be blessed with such a great restaurant in the Tri-State area!
