I agree !!! I was there with my mom , Arline Green ! What a great place .. So comfortable ..great food and James , there should more people like you in this world !! I will never forget it ! :) You must visit "When Pigs Fly " !!
WOW..excellent BBQ pulled pork. Stopped here on a freezing rainy nite and the owner James went out of his way to make us welcome. We have never experienced such a friendly guy, and he can cook too! Loved it. We will make the trip from MA just for When Pigs Fly.

I'm from Nashville and definitely know something about real southern food (which doesn't include tacos and pizzas btw as someone suggested you do). We're up here due to being active duty. While we know how to cook up some southern grub ourselves, we have been missing going out to a good ol meat and three type place. OMG yall are AWESOME! GREAT customer service (something that is unfortunately starting to disappear in the south as well as up here) and BLOW MY MIND perfect BBQ and sides! Went there today had the seafood gumbo and the pulled pork platter with side of collard greens and cole slaw , best BBQ I ever had wish they were closer to the New Haven area
