When Pigs Fly has amazing BBQ and amazing staff! We used them to cater our wedding of 150 people. They have done it so many times, they know all the tips and tricks to make your event successful. They had even catered our venue so much they knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommend them, the beans are amazing!
I have never been disappointed eating here. The meat is well cooked, any variety you pick. I don’t typically eat the sides, but the potato salad and beans are delicious. It is a very family friendly restaurant! The employees are all wonderful and so is the owner. It’s just really tasty delicious food.
I went to order some Mac and cheese with pulled pork. I wanted them mixed but didn’t care if they came mixed. The nice cashier put the order in as mixed. Then I heard the cooks get all pissy and could see them roll their eyes and I heard them get on to the cashier for it! Sorry for being such a hindrance. Don’t worry, I won’t order it again because I won’t be back. It’s not the fact that they didn’t want to mix it for me but the fact that I could hear and see their reactions of displeasure.
