Great Bake potato with pulled pork. Lots of butter mmmmmm good! Oh and the Pecan pie is to die for.
When Pigs Fly catering was an excellent choice for our 50 year high school class reunion at Haven Kansas last Saturday, the 8th of October! The young man( sorry, too much on my mind that day to remember his name) who delivered and set up the meal was there precisely at the appointed time and very efficient at setting up. Then, there was the meal! Brisket, pork and hot links were smoked to perfection. The sides were very well received and peach cobbler for dessert was an excellent end to the meal. I didn't want to eat a full meal so I ordered one chicken bomb.. As always one of staff came checked on me . I told him I wish I knew how big they were . He said why is that . I said I would have gotten the meal . He walks off and comes back with another one for me.. Free and sorry I didn't tell you the size ... They are kinda small but full of flavor ... Very good .
