My session with Karen and her horses was wonderful. It was such a unique experience to have horses involved with my therapy. I had no idea the parallels between horses and humans, but what I learned helped me to look deeper into my own relationships. The outdoor therapy experience was unlike anything I've done before, but it fully enhanced the session. Karen is a true healer. I have had 2 sessions with Karen and each time she discovered something that I had no idea was there. Each time I felt lighter, braver, and more aware of how amazing life can be. She has been a gift to me. Can't wait to talk with her again.
This is THE place to go if you want to learn more about horses and how to understand their language. The horses are very well cared for and Karen, their mom, absolutely loves them and it shows!
