Thank you Tunde! Thank you Whelan’s! Excellent assistance with our Hunter Douglas Blinds! We had a blind motor malfunction back in early May 2025. I tried to contact the dealer/installer from 2018 but phone numbers and emails were no longer in service. I contacted Hunter Douglas directly and ordered a new motor and battery pack. Quality of workmanship was just not there on our job. Our installers rushed our job IMO as they told us they had another bigger job to get to (they are sub contractors). Whalens did not have a lot of say with how their sub contractors chose to operate business. I was met with not a great experience when I tried to address it. Whelan delivered a completely mismatched flooring job that looks like a patchwork project. They installed a matte kitchen floor adjacent to a higher sheen and different colour livingroom room.The bullnose came late in a satin finish on a matte stair.I have 3 different sheens in one open space. They say I approve d the flooring I am not a flooring specialist and trusted the guidance of Whelan.They failed to offer a in home sample a service I learned is available and advertised but only if you know to ask for it.Their idea of ... read more
