Joselyn always very helpful and with a great attitude
Monico helped me out with finding a vehicle, he was very understanding of our situation and did his best to find us a deal that worked for us. Edit: our brand new car has been sitting in the shop since last Thursday with no updates whatsoever. It had a shifting issues with the transmission and now a rattling noise in the engine during neutral. We have been left with no car and no idea of when it will be ready for us. What started out as a great experience has quickly turned into a nightmare car purchase.
No lo recomiendo saque mi carro un día 5 y el día 8 encendió el chequin del motor y llame a la agencia para reportarlo y luego lo apago después volvió y l ok encendió y lleve el carro y no me atendieron porque dique ya no avía mecánicos cosa que no creí luego volví la semana siguiente y me dijeron que era el catalitico que estaba malo y me estaban cobrando mil y picó de dólares para cambiarlo y les dije que porque y me dijeron porque tenia que llevarlo antes de los 28 día.
