The clerk was friendly and helpful, but after paying for a bike (that they have in *in stock* at a local warehouse), it's still going to take a week and a half (10 days!) to get it to me. If it's in the store, go ahead. If they say it's in their warehouse, don't bother. Order it online, you'll get it quicker! I should add that the original clerk made it sound like I was going to get it much sooner (days, not weeks) and every time I asked after that (four times total) I got a different answer.
Fantastic people, avid cyclists, and extensive product knowledge make this shop a one-stop gem in the A2 cycling community.
