Do not shop here! Worst customer experience ever. Back in June, we were told they had a few 24” boys bikes in stock, but when we got to the store the next day, they did not even have a floor model to show us. Despite our disappointment, we ordered and paid in full for the only 24” boys bike they said they carry for pick up late July. I walked in completely unsure of what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful bike, after receiving great customer service. I was helped with not only my bike but with the trunk rack, as well. He came outside and helped fit it and show me how to use/set up everything and followed up with tips about my bike. I'm glad I walked in the door to this shop today.
