Went in to get a tire tube replaced and found out I needed a new rim, tube, and tire. I also got a new chain and something to help my gears run smoothly. The prices were very reasonable, staff was very friendly and helped me with my options. Nothing was ever pressured on me to buy, I use my bike ALOT, so parts definitely need to be replaced. Chris back in the repair section is awesome, he made my bike feel new and explained everything to me in a very courteous and friendly matter. Best bike shop in Ann Arbor
Great store w great customer service. I bought a Trek 1.2, from Dwight in 2009. Today I traded it in and got a Trek X-caliber 6 from Travis. I would highly recommend working w either of them!
I will recommend this store . I had an issue that was resolved.... looking forward to riding my bike again
