Went thru the whole process of picking out a car, got approved and everything, set up a day to pick it up and they sell it out from underneath us over the weekend. It’s a very dirty practice and a way of doing things. No other dealership would do that!!
Went to look at a car here today and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The 2022 Acura ILX i was looking at has been there for 21 days and had a price tag of almost $25,000. Today when I went to look at it the price had dropped to 22,975. I don't have the best credit so I had a co-signer with me and I had $2,000 to put down. They came back and told me that I was gonna need another 2 or 3 grand down to be able to get it so I went and got a loan for that amount and when I returned they told me that that still was... read more
I’ve been coming here for years and this last time I came all the staff changed. They were all rude! They kept saying they are “weeks behind” but still accepting appointments. They are also now charging to see what the problem is even if you get it repaired there which was new. I just don’t like spending my money with rude people especially when they applied for and accepted their job. Any one know any other place that works on Volkswagen, please let me know.
Thanks to Mike and Hayden from wheeling Volkswagen I could turn in my lease VW and make an appointment on my other one all at one time! Best VW dealer in the Ohio Valley
