Called to order flowers for a sick friend. I've never ordered from here before, but have heard wonderful things. The woman on the phone was nothing but RUDE. She was short-tempered and not friendly in the least. I ended up saying, NO THANKS. If you are going to work with the public at least have manners. I am taking my business elsewhere.
