The staff here are not very knowledgable and are seemingly uninterested in helping members solve any sort of problem. They refused to allow me to deposit my paycheck simply because it was a hand written check. I asked if we could call the bank that issued the check to clear it or what we could do, as I was in need of the funds from my paycheck, the answer I received was "we don't do that here" and that I was out of luck. I would never recommend using wheelhouse for their solar loan. They have absolutely the worst customer service, especially Teresa. I was initially assigned to her to process my loan and she left out a ton of information on the loan product and doesn’t respond when asking follow up questions. I asked wheelhouse to switch me to someone else but I ended up with the same person since she was entitled to the commission. Just came to the bank to request change from dollars to quarters, and because I wasn't a member, I was refused service! What a way to provide customer service. As a member of NFCU! I wouldn't mind if anyone walks in to make that request. They should offer this simple service when there is No One in line!
