This company has to have the worst customer service. I have ordered lips 2 weeks ago and yet to have heard anything on when they will be here. I was told they would be shipped Feb. 28th. I have tried contacting Alex this whole week. The guy will only contact you if you are interested in buying wheel parts other then that forget it.
Stay away! Ordered a set of 16-18" bbs rs bubble lips in 6.5" and 4.5". Was a 3-4 week build time. 7 weeks later after repeated calls and text to Alex, being ignored and lied to everytime I talked with him about where they are they finally show up and they are the worst quality junk lips iv ever seen. Poor machine/metal spinning work, gouges in the metal, lines throughout all 4 lips. One lip is not perfectly round and the 2 rear lips are bubble lips, 2 fronts are slant lips. Had lips made for my gottis, a bit slow because there lip guy was on vacation and comes in only some days but worth the wait they looked amazing

Could I give 0 stars.?I ordered a set of bolts/nus almost 2 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing on my order. They don't answer calls or respond to email either. Terrible.
Awful, no aspect of this went properly, company fails to meet all expectations it sets, sends wrong parts, doesn't respond to questions or concerns. They respond quickly until they get your money then it's a black hole that spits out failure and ineptitude. FYI, talking to your customers is part of being in a service industry.
My experience went fairly well, initially ordered a set of outer lips which needed to be polished and machined to fit my wheel faces, and eventually pulled the trigger on some new inners too. Worked with Alex and although on some occasions it took a day or two for a response I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he's a busy guy doing, most likely, a crazy amount of custom work/ manual labor.
